7月18日，省林業(yè)廳副巡視員李寶德到固沙所調(diào)研指導(dǎo)工作。

在座談會(huì)上，參會(huì)人員圍繞科研院所的發(fā)展、科技成果轉(zhuǎn)移轉(zhuǎn)化、研發(fā)團(tuán)隊(duì)和首席專家管理辦法草案、績(jī)效工資改革等問(wèn)題，大家對(duì)修改和完善相關(guān)草案提出了切實(shí)可行的意見(jiàn)和建議。

李寶德對(duì)大家的發(fā)言給予充分肯定，他指出，固沙所有很好的歷史傳承，作風(fēng)扎實(shí)，希望全所同志提高了解和掌握國(guó)家相關(guān)科技政策的意識(shí)，思維超前，提早謀劃。在市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)環(huán)境下，在防沙治沙公益事業(yè)中創(chuàng)造出固沙所自身特有的品牌效應(yīng)，進(jìn)一步擴(kuò)大并提升在全省乃至我國(guó)三北地區(qū)的影響力和示范引領(lǐng)作用。
