Note (1): If the customer need to power for beyond file regulation outside of the equipment, or in the documents prescribed conditions of use your battery, should contact is a company in advance, because of the need to specific tests to verify the using conditions in the power of the performance and security. 聲明一: 客戶若需要將電源用于超出文件規(guī)定以外的設備,或在文件規(guī)定以外的使用條件下使用電源,應事先聯(lián)系鼎力源公司,因為需要進行特定的實驗測試以核實電源在該使用條件下的性能及安全性。

Charging 充電 8.1 Charging current: Charging current should be less than maximum charge current specified in the Product Specification. Charging with higher current than recommended value may cause damage topower electrical, mechanical, and safety performance and could lead to heat generation or leakage. 充電電流 充電電流不得超過本標準書中規(guī)定的最大充電電流。使用高于推薦值電流充電將可能引起 電源的充放電性能、機械性能和安全性能的問題,并可能會導致發(fā)熱或泄漏。

8.1 Charging voltage: Charging shall be done by voltage less than that specified in the Product Specification (54). Charging beyond 54V, which is the absolute maximum voltage, must be strictly Prohibited. The charger shall be designed to comply with this condition. It is very dangerous that charging with higher voltage than maximum voltage may cause damage to the powerelectrical, mechanical safety performance and could lead to heat generation or leakage. 充電電壓 充電電壓不得超過本標準書中規(guī)定的額定電壓(54V)。54V為充電電壓最高極限, 充電器的設計應滿足這個條件。 電池電壓高于額定電壓值時,將可能引起電源的充放電性能、機械性能和安全性能的問題, 如可能會導致發(fā)熱或泄漏等。
8.2 Charging temperature: The shallpower be charged within -10℃~45℃range in the Product Specification. 充電溫度 電源必須在-10℃~45℃的環(huán)境溫度范圍內進行充電。
4. Discharging 放電 a) Discharging current The Battery shall be discharged at less than the maximum discharge current specified in the Product Specification. High discharging current may reduce the discharging capacity significantly or cause over-heat. 放電電流 放電電流不得超過本標準書規(guī)定的最大放電電流,大電流放電會導致放電池容量劇減并導致過熱。
b) Discharging temperature Thepower shall be discharged within -20℃~60℃range specified in the Product Specification. 電源必須在-20℃~60℃的環(huán)境溫度范圍內進行放電。 |

a) Over-discharging: It should be noted that thepower would be at an over-discharged state by its self-discharge characteristics in case the power is not used for long time. In order to prevent over-discharging, the power shall be charged periodically to maintain between 45V and 48V. Over-discharging may causes loss of Battery performance, characteristics, or battery functions. The charger shall be equipped with a device to prevent further discharging exceeding a cut-off voyage specified in the Product Specification. Also the charger shall be equipped with a device to control the recharging procedures as follows: Thepower pack shall start with a low current (0.2C) for 15 - 30 minutes, i.e. pre-charging, before rapid charging starts. The rapid charging shall be started after the(inpidual)power voltage has been reached above 37V within 15 - 30 minutes that can be determined with the use of an appropriate timer for pre-charging. In case the (inpidual) power voltage does not rise to 37V within the pre-charging time, then the charger shall have functions to stop further charging and display the Battery/power is at abnormal state.(note: thisis a test, users need according to the operation!) 過放電 需要注意的是,在電源長期未使用期間,它可能會用其自放電特性而處于某種過放電狀態(tài)。為防止過放電的發(fā)生,電源應定期充電,將其電壓維持在45V至48V之間。 過放電會導致電池性能、電池功能的喪失。 充電器應有裝置來防止電源放電至低于本標準書規(guī)定的截止電壓。此外,充電器還應有裝置以防止重復充電,步驟如下: 電源在快速充電之前,應先以一小電流(0.2C)預充電15~30分鐘,以使(每個)電源的電壓達到37V以上,再進行快速充電。可用一記時器來實現(xiàn)該預充電步驟。如果在預充電規(guī)定時間內,(個別)電池的電壓仍未升到37V以上,充電器應能夠停止下一步快速充電,并顯示該電源/電池正處于非正常狀態(tài)。(注:本項為試驗項,用戶無需根據(jù)此項操作?。?/p> 5. Protection Circuit Module (PCM) 保護電路模塊(PCM)
The power/battery pack shall be with a PCM that can protect Battery pack properly. PCM shall have functions of (1) overcharging prevention, (2) over-discharging prevention, and (3) over current prevention to maintain safety and prevent significant deterioration of Battery performance. The over current can occur by external short circuit 電池應配有PCM以正確保護電源。PCM應具備以下功能以保證安全并防止損壞電源性 能:1)過充電保護;2)過放電保護;3)過流保護;4)短路保護;
a) Overcharging prohibition Overcharging prevention function shall stop charging if any one of the Batteriesof the power pack reaches4.2V.(single) 過充電保護 當源中任一電池的電壓達4. 2V時(單只),過充電保護應立刻停止充電。

a) Over-discharge prohibition Over-discharging prevention function shall work to avoid further drop in Battery voltage of 2.3V or less per power in any Battery of the battery pack. It is recommended that the dissipation current of PCM shall be minimized to 0.5uA or less with the over-discharge prevention. The protection function shall monitor each bank of the battery pack and control the current all the time. 過放電保護(OUT) 當電源任一電池的電壓降至3.0V以下時,過放保護功能應起著保護作用以避免電源的深度放電。推薦PCM的靜態(tài)電流小于0.5uA,并具有過放保護功能。 該保護功能應實時監(jiān)控所有電池 6. Storage 貯存 The powershall be storied within -20℃~ 60℃range environmental condition. If thepowerhas to be storied for a long time (Over 3 months), the environmental condition should be: Temperature: 23±5℃ Humidity: 65±20%RH The voltage for a long time storage shall be45V~48V range. 電源儲存溫度必須在-20℃~ 60℃的環(huán)境底下。 長期存儲電池(超過3個月)須置于溫度為23±5℃、濕度為65±20%RH。 貯存電壓為45V~48V 7. Handling of power 電源操作注意事項 Since the power is packed inGum hullpackage, to ensure its better performance, it’s very important to carefully handle the power 由于電源屬于膠殼包裝,為保證電源的性能不受損害,必須小心對電源進行操作。 3 Notice for Designing power Pack 電源外殼設計注意事項 1. Pack design i. power pack should have sufficient strength and battery should be protected frommechanical shock ii. No Sharp edge components should be inside the pack containing thepower .外殼設計 iii. 電源外殼應有足夠的機械強度以保證其內部電源免受機械撞擊。 iv. 外殼內安裝電源的部位不應有鋒利的邊角。

1. Others 其它事項 7.1 Prevention of short circuit within a power pack Enough insulation layers between wiring and the powershall be used to maintain extra safety protection. The battery pack shall be structured with no short circuit within the battery pack, which may cause generation of smoke or firing. 防止電源包裝內產(chǎn)生短路 引線與電源之間要有足夠的絕緣層以保證絕對安全。外殼內不得有任何短路發(fā)生,以防止冒煙或著火。
7.2 Prohibition of disassembly 嚴禁拆卸電源 i. Never disassemble thepowerRemove the battery may lead to internal short circuit, and then cause and blow, fire and other problems
在任何情況下不得拆卸電源 拆卸電源可能會導致內部短路,進而引起鼓氣、著火及其它問題。
7.3 Prohibition of dumping ofpowerinto fire Never incinerate nor dispose the Batteries in fire. These may cause firing of thepower, which is very dangerous and is prohibited. 嚴禁將電源投入火中 在任何情況下,不得燃燒電源或將電源投入火中,否則會引起電源燃燒,這是非常危險的,應絕對禁止。
7.4 Prohibition of powerimmersion into liquid such as water Thepowershall never be soaked with liquids such as water, seawater, drinks such as soft drinks, juices, coffee or others. 嚴禁將電源浸入液體中,如水 不得將電源浸泡液體,如淡水、海水、飲料(果汁、咖啡等)。

7.6 Libation of use of damaged power The power might be damaged during shipping by shock. If any abnormal features of the power are found such as damages in a plastic envelop of thepower , deformation of the power package, smelling of an electrolyte, an electrolyte leakage and others, the power shall never be used any more. The power with a smell of the electrolyte or a leakage shall be placed away from fire to avoid firing. 禁止使用已損壞的電池 電池在運輸過程中可能因撞擊等厡因而損壞,若發(fā)現(xiàn)電源有任何異常特征,如電源塑料封邊損壞,外殼破損,聞到電解液氣體,電解液泄漏等,該電池不得使用。 有電解液泄漏或散發(fā)電解液氣味的電源應遠離火源以避免著火。
