　　世界豬肉博覽會本周在愛荷華州得梅因舉行。它是世界上最重要的年度豬肉博覽會。美國和全球養(yǎng)豬行業(yè)人員都會出席。這個博覽會展示了這個行業(yè)的新興事物，也是關于世界上被食用最多的肉類—豬肉的慶祝會。

　　

　　This week is the World Pork Expo in Des Moines, Iowa.  It is the premier annual Pork Expo held in the World.  The who’s who of the American and Global Swine Industry will be represented.  The Expo is a showcase of what’s new in the industry and a celebration of the worlds most eaten meat – Pork.

　　At the Expo this year Genesus as Founding Sponsor will in conjunction with the National Hog Farmer, America’s leading Swine Magazine and Swine e-letter organization will launch the Global Mega Producer Program.  Global Mega Producer recognizes Global Swine producers with over 100,000 sows.  There have been 26 Global Mega Producers identified.  In total these producers have 7.2 million sows, a number larger then all of the U.S producers combined.

　　China Pork imports have been a key driver in the Global Hog and Pork Prices.  With record profits in China with many consecutive months of profits we would all expect to see expansion.  The latest China Ministry of Agriculture data does not indicate expansion happening.

　　Down 1.38 million year over year.

　　實際情況是，母豬數量比一年前減少了138萬頭，而生豬數量減少了1827萬頭。

　　

　　Reality is less sows year over year of 1.38 million and 18.27 million smaller pig inventory.

　　新的環(huán)境政策要求對生豬生產進行拆遷。假設10%的全國生豬庫存必須被拆遷，相當于1600萬頭豬或等同于1602個新建生豬場(每年產量1萬頭)或1555個新建母豬場(每個農場1000頭)。

　　

　　The new environmental policy requires relocation of pig production.  Assuming 10% of national pig inventory has to be relocated, it refers to 16 million pigs or equivalent to 1602 new pig farms (10,000 yield per year) or 1555 new sow farms (1000 per farm).

　　

　　總結

　　

　　中國母豬群體并沒有擴張，生豬庫存進一步減少，環(huán)境政策關閉了豬場。在我們看來，未來中國的進口豬肉市場可能會保持強勁。中國目前的生豬價格反映出持續(xù)低迷的生豬供應情況。豬價為15.38元/公斤或每磅活重1.01美元。

　　

　　China sow herd is not expanding, pig inventory lower, environmental policy closing farms.  Seems to us China market for imported pork will stay strong for conceivable future.  China’s current hog price is a reflection of continued low hog supply.  15.38 Rmb/kg or $1.01 U.S live weight a pound.
